Although you can use many different media players to view the videos you record with your CamShades. We recommend using "REAL" media player. Click on this link to download a free version http://www.real.com/realplayer

After you download and install this media player > right click on one of your video files > then choose "Open with" > then "Choose a default program" > and click on the Real icon. Then everytime you left click on one of your video files it will open with REAL media player.

WEBCAM MODE For CamShades users who have purchased after July of 2010

For those customers that have the new CamShades with the webcam function. You can visit www.yoics.com to see how you can access your Camshades remotely when using them as a webcam. You can also learn how you can motion record with them.
